How many times can you get gel shots in your knee?

This medicine is given as a shot into your knee joint. It may take more than one injection for the pain to go away. You will receive a series of shots one week apart for a total of three or five procedures.

Here’s some really good news: Dr. Vinod Dasa published data indicating that for many, results seem to improve regimen to regimen of “re – lubrication”, allowing more pain relief and higher chance surgery can hopefully be avoided. He also found that after 5 protocols of care, more than 90% of the patients did not require joint replacement. Thus, the more lubrication, the better!
